Dartcano Commissions Terms of Service

My Terms of Service are listed here. Please read them carefully before we discuss your commission.Requirements- You must be at least 18 years of age, as well as the legal age of majority in your country, to use my services. (If your commissioned art is intended for someone else, all people involved must be 18 or older.)
- You must have a PayPal account and provide an email address connected to this to receive my request for payment.
- You must provide an email address to receive your commissioned art.Product- Please provide a description of the art you would like me to make, and include any details you want me to add.
- If you choose to leave (certain aspects of) your commission open for me to interpret as I see fit, you must except any choices I make in the final product.
- I will provide an update on your commission after finishing the sketch. At this time we can discuss any adjustments you'd like me to make, if necessary (this does not apply if your commission is a sketch only).
- Adjustments can no longer be made once your commission is completed.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with the final product, please contact me and we can discuss the issue.
- Please note that I include my signature (Dartcano) in all my art pieces.Payment- Payment takes place upfront, after we've discussed the details of your commission and I have accepted. I will begin working on your commission after payment has been received.
- I do NOT accept cancellations nor provide refunds after payment has taken place, EXCEPT if it is a cancellation on my part.
- If I do not receive payment within a week after sending the payment request, I will notify you. If I still do not receive the payment after this, the commission will be canceled.Product Delivery- The time it takes to finish a commission varies, but expect 1 to 2 months. If you need to have your commission by a certain time, discuss this with me upfront.
- Your commission will be delivered as a PNG file via the email address you provided.
- It is the customer's responsibility to properly store the commission, as I cannot guarantee I can resend the files if they were to be lost.Usage rights- Your commissioned art is for personal use only. It may not be resold or used for any commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, promotional, etc.)
- Your commissioned art may NOT be minted as an NFT nor be used for crypto in any way.
- You are permitted to share your commissioned art on your own social media.
- Your commissioned art may be printed ONLY for personal use (e.g. to hang on your wall).Artist rights- I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
- While I try to avoid this, I reserve the right to cancel a commission. If this were to occur after payment has been received, you will be refunded the full amount.
- I reserve the right to use any art I create in my portfolio or as an example in my commission sheet.
- I reserve the right to distribute any art I create on my social media (this can be done while preserving the customer's anonymity; please see "Privacy").Privacy- Any personal information (e.g. email addresses, PayPal accounts, names) stays between you (the customer) and me (the artist) and will not be disclosed elsewhere.
- As mentioned in "Artist rights", I reserve the right to share the art I create on my social media. If you would like to be credited as the commissioner, please provide your Twitter username for me to tag in the post. If you'd like to remain anonymous, I will only mention that the piece is a commission.
- If for any reason you'd prefer that I don't share your commission on social media, please contact me.Contact- You can contact me via Direct Messages on my Twitter page.
- People who I have previously spoken with on Discord may also contact me there.By continuing to use my services you agree to the terms listed above.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in your commission being cancelled, and a possible ban from using my services again.

This is largely dependent on complexity and the amount of other commissions in the queue. If you need a commission done within a specific timeframe, please discuss this upfront.
